OUR MISSION

SMOKIN' WORD is a New York based non-profit company focused on helping to build the new genre of hip-hop and spoken word theatre through education, publications, the production of plays, CD's and exciting live events, and the development of new artists, new work, and new educational techniques. Because we believe that the more you give the more you get our ongoing policy is to donate at least a portion if not all profits to non-profit organizations that help the community.
