Teri Richardson has had
a passion for making things since the age of three. Though
her creative talents take on many forms, primarily she makes
paintings. Richardson is an abstract painter who earner her
BFA from Cooper Union. Her colorfully layered paintings are
rhythmic and lyrical in nature. Ms. Richardson has exhibited
at Rush Arts (NY), The Hampton University Museum (VA), Wilmer
Jennings Gallery (NY), The Pittsburgh Center for the Arts
(PA), The African-American Museum of Art in Dallas (TX), Bethune-Cookman
College (FLA), and
The National Gallery of Jamaica (W.I.)
Permanent collections include: Amdocs Corporation,
St. Louis, Missouri; SJI Associates, Inc. New York,New York
and The Hampton University Museum, Hampton,Virgina.
